TERMS / PRODUCT SCOPE

Terms of use

AdTuck helps you save and organize ad references. Please understand the supported scope, content rights and local data controls before using it.

Updated: · AdTuck v0.1.0

1. Product and current version

AdTuck 0.1.0 is an independent browser extension for saving content from supported public ad libraries and organizing, exporting and backing it up locally. The current version requires no AdTuck account or payment.

AdTuck is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn. Platform names identify compatible content sources.

2. Content rights

Images, videos, copy, trademarks and other ad content belong to their respective rightsholders. AdTuck does not transfer those rights or grant permission to copy, distribute, publicly display or commercially reuse content.

Save and use content only where you have the rights or permission, in accordance with source terms and applicable rules. Do not use the tool to bypass paywalls, login restrictions, verification, DRM or other access controls.

3. Supported scope and limits

Sources may not expose CTAs, landing pages, complete media or every creative variation. Source changes, expired URLs, network conditions and access restrictions may cause failures that require enrichment, retrying or an adapter update.

  • Facebook / Instagram ads in Meta Ad Library, not ordinary Instagram feeds.
  • TikTok Creative Center Top Ads, not the full historical TikTok ad archive.
  • Supported media that is actually previewable in the public LinkedIn Ad Library.
  • Up to 200 loaded, selected ads per batch and 150 MB per media file. The tool does not automatically crawl entire sites or historical archives.

4. Local data and backups

You manage your browser profile, downloads and backups. Back up important collections regularly and before uninstalling or changing browsers. Different devices and browser profiles do not automatically sync local libraries.

The extension does not replace long-term source storage or provide server-side recovery. Access to and sharing of local files and backups is under your control. See the privacy policy for details of data handling.

5. Responsible use and changes

Respect source access rules. Do not use the tool for unauthorized acquisition or distribution of content or to place an unreasonable burden on third-party services.

Features may be fixed or adjusted as platforms change. If paid features or new data processing are introduced, their conditions and required disclosures will be stated. Current free use does not constitute an automatic purchase of future services.

6. Support and rights inquiries

Send product questions or rights-related notices to support@adtuck.org with relevant source links, the extension version and a description. Do not send passwords or authentication cookies.

Support requests are addressed according to their circumstances. These terms do not exclude rights granted by applicable rules.
